Returning Vaccines

Now that the season for administering flu vaccines is over, practices can claim a refund or credit (negotiations ongoing) from Solvay in respect of surplus vaccines. Our contract with Solvay allows us to return up to 10% of vaccines ordered. Your LMC is aware that some practices may have surplus stocks in excess of 10% of their order, to overcome this problem the Greater Manchester LMC Consortium is looking to aggregate surplus vaccines across all practices and negotiate accordingly with Solvay. Please could practices advise Paul Stevens at Stockport LMC by Friday 2^nd February 2001 of their desire to return vaccines.

To apply practices must be returning a minimum of 10 vaccines.
