Stockport LMC is pleased to advise the result of its Flu Purchase Consortium Tender for 2009. Practice Based Commissioning considerations have led to a different decision dependant on PCT area across Manchester. Therefore, in Stockport, where Practice Based Commissioning has influenced the outcome of the Consortium, practices should follow this link for full details of arrangements for their practices.

Tenders have been received from Flu Vaccine Suppliers and are currently being assessed. Suppliers for 2009 campaign expected to be announced by Friday 19th December 2008

Stockport LMC will once again be inviting vaccine suppliers to tender for the Greater Manchester Flu Purchase Consortium for 2009.

All practices who are members of Stockport, Manchester, Salford & Trafford, West Pennine (inc Oldham & Glossop), Wigan & Bolton or Rochdale & Bury LMC will be eligible to take advantage of the discount secured by the consortium.
